well... chinese new year was.....

officially boring to the core.... some cousins at mom's side where like occupied with their stuffs... in short... its the bf thang.... yeah... it annoys me when i tink about how they used to say families comes first... and.... ahhh wad the heck

cousin of mine, same age as me but she's dec baby brought her bf back for the world to see.. yeah.. and she went to her bf's side too of cos... red packets seem to be doubling up for both of them this year... and my other older cousin came back from the states with her ang mo bf as well but shes so busy with work.. yeah...

daddy brought them out for lunch on wed... my older cous and her bf... had damn good food at some hotel place.... we had.... salmon fish salad (yu sheng), shark's cartilage soup (shark fin), steam pating fish (my favourite!), drunken prawns with ginseng (didnt taste as strong as i expected), sea cucumber, scallops, fried rice in lotus leaf (this is damn good) and double boiled hasma for dessert.... love hasma!!! :)

sam left for perth to study yesterday... emotional at the airport... gonna miss her alot... she'll only be back in dec for christmas.... everyone who went gave her pressies and she went off with tears all over her face.... some of us felt the pinch but had to hold back our tears... really worried for her when shes over there... she doesnt eat much and all....

well... i guess this is life.... wish her all the best and of cos to stay in contact... oh yeah... did i mention tt she brought 4 bags! and hand carry a pressure cooker for her to cook soup!
